The GVWR is 11,500 lbs. It is equipped for towing vehicle and the tow bar is available. This RV is very easy to drive and setup even for one person.

A full electrical and mechanical analysis was completed in November 2009 at Hawleys. Coach maintenance provided by Hawleys in Garner in 2009. Installation was also completed of new walls, ceilings, insulation and roof panels. It has new exterior front cap component and the entire roof was resealed in 2009. The mechanical maintenance, updated service on air conditioner, generator, transmission, tires and lights provided by Chatham County Alignment. It has a new muffler and exhaust pipe on generator. It has a newly rebuilt manifold, six brand new tires and a brand new battery. All receipts are available. This RV is mechanically sound and in good condition.
